These tools are dual-use technologies developed strictly for lawful defensive engineering, authorized penetration testing, and vulnerability research. • Explicit Scope Requirement: You agree never to deploy, configure, or execute Parasym software, verification scripts, or testing payloads against any IP address, domain, application, or network infrastructure without prior, explicit, written authorization from the verified asset owner. • Prohibition of Unlawful Activity: Use of Parasym tools for unauthorized access, denial-of-service, data exfiltration, extortion, or any activity violating the Indian Information Technology Act (2000), US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), or equivalent cybercrime statutes is strictly prohibited and results in immediate revocation of access and potential reporting to competent authorities.

All original research briefs, vulnerability disclosures, course curricula, user interfaces, branding, software code, and documentation published on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Parasym Syndicate. Unattributed copying, automated scraping, framing, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
